What is the HostAfrica affiliate programme?

The HostAfrica affiliate programme is an opportunity for you to earn money by referring customers to our hosting services. You'll earn a 5% commission (2% on Dedicated Servers) on each referred sale, recurring for the lifetime of the service.

By participating in the programme, you agree to abide by our Affiliate Programme Terms, which include guidelines on brand usage and compliance with laws.

How do I sign up for the affiliate programme?

Signing up for our affiliate programme is easy. Just click on the "Activate Affiliate" button on the affiliate page in your client area. Once activated, you'll receive a unique affiliate link you can start using immediately.

How much can I earn as an affiliate?

As a HostAfrica affiliate, you'll earn a 5% commission on each referral that results in a sale (2% on Dedicated Servers). These commissions are recurring and will continue for the lifetime of the referred service. Plus, you'll receive a ₵300.00 signup bonus just for joining!

When and how do I get paid?

We'll apply a credit directly to your affiliate account for each successful referral. Active referral signups take 30 days to be moved to the "Available Commissions Balance".

Once your account reaches a minimum credit of ₵600.00, you can request a payout via the "Request Withdraw" button.

When you request a withdrawal, inform our billing department whether you'd like the payment made straight to your bank account or applied as credit to your client account.

Can anyone become a HostAfrica affiliate?

How can I track my referrals and earnings?

You'll be able to monitor your referrals and earnings through your affiliate account dashboard. We provide real-time tracking so you'll always know how much you're earning.

We offer ready-made banners as well as guides that you can use for efficient and effective promotion of our hosting services.

What happens if a referral cancels their service?

If a referral cancels their service, or their service is terminated due to non-payment, this will affect your commission earnings, and you will no longer receive commission for the service.

What are the guidelines on using HostAfrica's brand?

Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, limited, revocable right to use HostAfrica branded assets solely for promoting our services/products. You are not allowed to alter our logos, images, or create ventures using our name unless explicitly authorised by HostAfrica.
